Problems with an order
- How much is the delivery fee?
- Auckland Super City: 4 NZD
- Rest of NZ: 6 NZD
- Rural Areas: 10 NZD
- Depending on where you are located, the order may arrive on the same day or overnight within Auckland and North Island. Expect to receive your order in up to two days if your location is in the South Island.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We are not able to ship internationally at this moment.
- Which carrier do you use for the shipments?
- We use Fastway Couriers. This is a very safe courier and its services reach all of New Zealand´s regions.
- Are the products really argentine or are they made in NZ?
- They are 100% manufactured in Argentina and from Argentinian ingredients . We bring them to you directly from their manufacturers.
- Will products be fresh when they arrive destination?
- All products are kept at room temperature to guarantee perfect storage conditions, freshness and flavour.
- How long will my Dulce As products stay fresh?
- Depending on the product, their shelf life may vary from 2 to 12 months. An expiraton date is stamped on every package.
- Do your products meet New Zealand´s food regulations?
- Yes. All products must meet NZFSA (New Zealand Food Safety Authority) terms in order to be imported. Our delicacies are delicious and also safe!
- Can I track the delivery of my order?
- Yes, all deliveries have a unique track and trace number provided by the carrier. To use your tracking number please visit: http://www.fastway.co.nz/6TrackTrace.html. Also, we use "Signature Required" shipment to ensure an accurate delivey.
- I received the wrong product. How should I proceed?
- We apologize for the inconvenience. Please, contact us via e-mail (info@dulceas.co.nz) or over the phone (09 377 0179) should you have any issues with your order.
